- 2-3 avocados
- 1 pound salmon fish
- 1 small lemon
- 1-2 capsicum( as per required)
- 1-2 cucumber
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- garlic paste
- vinegar ( for taste)
- black pepper
- 1 dries teaspoon of oregano
- chilli powder
first cut avocados, cucumber and capsicum into slices. Now marinate the salmon pieces with spices. Rest the marinate fish for 1 minute now fry them
